The Provincial People's Council has issued Resolution No. 39/NQ-HDND approving the settlement of state budget revenue in the province and the settlement of provincial budget revenue and expenditure in 2023. This Resolution was passed by the 10th Provincial People's Council at 19th session on December 9, 2024 and takes effect from the date of passage.
The total state budget revenue for socio-economic development in the province is set at over 69,499 billion VND, with the provincial budget's share exceeding 28,809 billion VND. Total provincial budget expenditure settled is 61,114 billion VND. Provincial budget surplus in 2023 is more than 1,004 billion VND, including: provincial budget 835 billion VND, district budget 76 billion VND, commune budget 92 billion VND.
The Provincial People's Council assigned the Provincial People's Committee to organize the public disclosure of the State budget revenue settlement in the area, the provincial budget revenue and expenditure settlement in 2023 in accordance with the provisions of the State Budget Law; the Standing Committee of the People's Council, the People's Council committees, the delegations and the provincial People's Council delegates to supervise the implementation of this resolution.
