Good applied programs
In 2005, the local People’s Committee ratified a program to assist businesses joining in science and technology application. Possibly speaking, the decision concretizes Decree 119. Binh Duong has so far launched 11 tasks of tech-science research and application with the total value of VND22.5bil, VND5bil is funded by the State.
Besides, tech-science transfer in serve for local rural socio-economic development has contributed 17 projects relating to agricultural production.
Over years, the State has issued policies to assist businesses’ technological innovation and scientific research. On April 7, 2011, the local People’s Committee ratified a supportive program for business development in the 2011-2015 period. The encouraged-production sectors include garment, auxiliary industry, footwear, electronics, farm produce, rubber, paper, chemical, pharmaceutical product.
