Minh Tan Rubber Plantation under Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Rubber Co.Ltd. has just forwarded the 2018 conference for staff.
The plantation now manages more than 2,000 hectares of rubber trees, including nearly 1,200 hectares under exploitation. As of December 31, the plantation reached 2,592 tons of rubber latex, surpassing 582 tons of rubber latex compared to the year’s plan. This is the first unit of the company fulfilling production-business activities 60 days earlier than planned with the productivity of 2.17 tons rubber latex per hectare and the average income of workers at the plantation reached VND6.3million per capita per month. The plantation has also continued firmly holding the title of “member of club with 2 tons rubber latex per hectare” of Vietnam Rubber Group for 14 consecutive years.
For 2018’s targets, the plantation will strive to fulfill and surpass the company’s output plan of 1,970 tons rubber latex; recultivate 55.8 hectares of rubber trees; ensure stable jobs for workers with the average income of VND6million per capita per month and above.
On this occasion, the Trade Unions of Vietnam Rubber Group and the company also awarded the certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals.
