On Sep 22nd, PPC’s delegation led by Chairman Tran Van Nam had a meeting with Bau Bang district leaders on the socio-economic development in the first 9 months 2015.

According to Bau Bang district People’s Committee, during 9 months, industrial production value of the district is estimated at VND7,684 billion, completing 102.8% target and 122% over the same period; agricultural production value is estimated at VND1,594 billion, achieving 66.22% target and 103% over the same period; total retail sales of goods and services is VND1,375 billion, achieving 120% over the same period.
Regarding educational field, in the 2015-2016 school year, the district has 425 classes of all levels with 14,014 pupils, which were 20 classes and 897 pupils higher than the previous school year; the district had 11/25 schools achieving national standards… Cultural activities were organized effectively, social security and order was secured.
To complete year-targets in last months of 2015, Chairman Tran Van Nam asked Bau Bang district to gather resources to implement key projects including the district administrative center; quickly complete commercial - service infrastructure to attract investment, meet people’s needs…
