Plaza was officially put into
operation at Becamex
City Center
on September 1, 2011. After its two-year operation, Becamex Plaza has upheld
its efficiency, well serving the local people’s demand for shopping and actively
getting involved in activities for the sake of the community. 
Shopping at Becamex IDC
Under the 25-storey Becamex Tower, Becamex Plaza is considered as the first standard and luxurious trade center in the province. The 5-storey plaza consists of services of shopping, entertainment, gastronomy with the total area of 12,500sqm and has many stalls for famous trademarks of Levi’s, Adidas, Kappa, Shiseido, Bourjois, L’Occitane, Clarins, Valentino Creations, John Henry, N&M, Triumph, Vera, Minoshe, Jockey, Disney Baby, Transformers... Cho Lon Electronic Appliances Supermarket, I.mark supermarket together with a dental center are also present at the plaza.
After its two-year operation, Becamex Plaza has contributed to creating a new image for TDM city’s trade infrastructure, well serving the local people’s demand for shopping. According to Becamex IDC, inauguration of Becamex Plaza is a great significance of building service chains of Becamex IDC in a bid to offer a new choice for the local customers, contributing to improve living standard and bring social conveniences for residents inside and outside the province.
For better service, in addition to ensured price and quality, commodities at Becamex Plaza are very diversified. There are hundreds of products on display at Becamex Plaza like in HCM city and many other big cities, contributing to bringing the local customers a friendly shopping environment with many utilities.
Becamex Plaza has also paid attention to showing its gratefulness to clients via many attractive promotional programs on the occasion of International Women’s Day (March 8), Southern Liberation Day (April 30), National Day (September 2), Tet (Lunar New Year) festival…This year’s National Day took place as Becamex Plaza marked its two-year development. Therefore, Becamex Plaza organized a big promotional program with many valuable prizes for winners. First prize with a Honda Lead 125 scooter went to Le Thuy Truc Ha in Di An town. Two second prizes with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 tablet computer each and five third prizes with a Sanyo microwave oven each were presented to other winners.
Apart from good business, Becamex Plaza has actively got involved in activities for the sake of the community. At the festival “mid-autumn night for children” just held by Becamex Plaza, representatives of Becamex Plaza and Became IJC presented 45 scholarships worth VND1mln each together with lanterns and moon cakes for poor pupils with excellent academic results at Phu Hoa 1, 2 primary schools in Phu Hoa ward’s quarter 2.
Coming to the night festival, children had a chance to enjoy fast food given by KFC sponsor and art performance items. Representatives of Becamex Plaza said that the total expense of giving scholarships to poor-but-excellent pupils was extracted from Becamex Plaza’s charity sale program. This is held annually by Becamex Plaza with the goal of sharing difficulties with disadvantaged people.
