Coming from the Northern province of Ninh Binh, Ta Ngoc Vinh working at NTL import-export Company, the owner of apartment No.A1.317 said that the province and Becamex’s policy of social house help him and other workers purchase cheap price houses to work long in Binh Duong. Ho Thi Kim Ngan working at a bank in Thu Dau Mot city, the owner of apartment No.A1.322 added that with the 30sqm area and proper price, Becamex’s social house model brings a stable life for everyone.
At Becamex social house area in Viet-Sing urban area in Thuan An town, thousands of immigrant workers purchase social houses in this area. Tran Manh Hung, from Quang Binh province working for URC Co.Ltd. in VSIP 1 said that with VND160mil per 30sqm apartment in the second floor, buyers enjoy an installment payment from 12 to 18 months.
Tran Quoc Hung, director of Becamex Social House Management board said that only over VND100mil with advance payment of VND5-10mil, laborers possess a 30sqm apartment immediately, the remaining money will be pay installment from 60 to 84 months with preferential rate.
Possibly speaking, Becamex social house helps laborers settle stably in Binh Duong.
Hastening progress of construction
Becamex social house project invested by Becamex IDC launched since 2012 is to serve for laborers in Binh Duong with selling price ranging from VND90-160mil/ a 30sqm apartment.
As planned, till before 2020 Binh Duong will be a central city and Becamex will complete construction of 37 social house areas at 4 towns including Thuan An, Di An, Ben Cat, Tan Uyen towns and Thu Dau Mot city with 64,700 apartments worth of VND11,000bil in service for about 164,000 residents.
After more than 2 years of launching more than 5,000 apartments have been constructed and sold for people in need throughout Thuan An, Ben Cat town, Thu Dau Mot city and Bau Bang district.
In this year, Becamex IDC will continue to build more 10,000 apartment with area of 30-45sqm at Viet-Sing residential area, Thuan An town and Becamex Dinh Hoa social house area.
Bui Van Chien, vice general director of Becamex IDC said that Becamex social house is a big project and considered as a breakthrough to ensure process of sustainable development of Binh Duong province in the next period.
