On February 10, Ben Cat city’s People's Committee held a meeting to discuss key tasks for February 2025. The meeting approved several draft proposals, including a project for the construction of An Tay general port, a plan to accelerate the achievement of key digital transformation targets in celebration of Party Congresses at all levels and the city’s 13th Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the city’s 2025 State Administrative Reform Plan and a draft plan to streamline and restructure specialized agencies under the management of the city’s People's Committee. Nguyen Trong An, Chairman of Ben Cat city’s People's Committee requested sectors to continue to carefully studying draft plans and projects, especially contents related to targets and responsibilities of agencies and units associated with the leadership and administration of each unit, especially communes, wards and the functions and tasks of consolidated agencies to advise the city’s People's Committee. Regarding personnel work and material facilities, which have been surveyed by advisory bodies, appropriate and practical arrangements must be made to suit local conditions.
