On May 29, Ben Cat City People's Council held the 21st session (special session) of the 12th term, 2021-2026 term.
At the meeting, Standing Committee of Ben Cat City People's Council reported the results of People's Council's supervision delegation's supervision of public investment in transportation construction projects and drainage systems in the city. Accordingly, the management of public investment in transportation construction projects and drainage systems in the city achieved many positive results. The City People's Committee focuses on directing and directing specialized sectors and People's Committees of communes and wards to deploy and implement public investment in general and transportation works and drainage systems in particular.
The city promptly reviews the progress of projects to adjust capital plans accordingly, cuts capital from projects that do not ensure disbursement rates to projects that are capable of disbursement and have capital needs; allocates capital with focus and key points, does not spread out, divide, or prolong projects, causing waste of resources and delays in the implementation of public investment capital disbursement tasks; ensures traffic and drainage needs to serve well the social work of the people in the city.
At the meeting, delegates voted to approve the Report and Resolution on adjusting the State budget estimate for 2025; approving the final settlement of State budget revenue and expenditure for 2024.
