At the conference, members evaluated the entire dossier for 7 porridge products from Truong Tho Cereal Company Limited, An Thanh neighborhood, An Tay ward, consisting of: minced meat flavored porridge, bird's nest porridge with seaweed and minced meat flavor, bird's nest porridge with beans and chicken flavor, bean porridge with spare ribs flavor, oat and mung bean porridge with minced meat flavor, oat and mung bean porridge with chicken flavor, and oat and bean porridge with mushrooms and vegetables.
Based on detailed assessment, scoring each content and criterion regarding uniqueness, product standards, export capability, market distribution, production organization, processing procedures, branding etc., the evaluation council for ranking OCOPs in Ben Cat city has unanimously classified all 7 products as achieving 3 stars.
