According to the district’s development plan, each commune in Ben Cat district will have a market or a trade center in accordance with stipulated standards, ensuring the local people’s demand for selling and buying. The district’s People’s Committee will be also determined to eradicate street markets causing the local disorder.
Apart from markets operating methodically like Ben Cat, Long Nguyen, My Phuoc 2…, Ben Cat district needs to upgrade some other markets for better development. Nguyen Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of Ben Cat district’s Division of Economics said that the division has given advice to the district’s People’s Committee about where to build Lai Khe market in Lai Hung commune while assessing the value of the remaining assets of Tru Van Tho for timely solutions.
The district’s Division of Economics has also teamed up with localities and businesses to survey and bring price-stabilized commodities to 15 communes and township of the district.
