Ben Cat Town determines that the compensation and land clearance tied to the disbursement of public investment capital play a very important role in the State management work. Under the direction of Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee, and Ben Cat Town Party, People's Committee of Ben Cat Town has directed closely, urged and mobilized the whole political system for the implementation of this project. Specifically, the project to invest in and clear lands for My Phuoc - Bau Bang Highway, the section through Ben Cat town (from 7B road to Bau Bang Industrial Park) with the length of about 4.8 km, has 125 affected households that have cleared lands with a total of 151 applications.

Up to now, there have been 104 dossiers that had received compensation and handed over the lands, 47 dossiers had not received compensation, the main reason is the petition for increase of compensation price. The Town People's Committee issued a decision on coercive land recovery to households, who have not yet accepted compensation and handed over the lands.
It is known that in the near future, in addition to continuing to meet, learn about people's opinions, and to persuade households to accept compensation and hand over lands, the Land Recovery Enforcement Board will carry out steps according to the prescribed process to perform the coercive land recovery. Land recovery is expected to be completed by the end of November 2020.
This is a key project of the province, contributing significantly to stimulating socio-economic growth of Binh Duong in general and Ben Cat town in particular.
