Ben Suc Rubber plantation has taken care of more than 1,400ha of rubber trees. In 2012, Dau Tieng rubber Co.Ltd. assigned its production target of 1,990 tons to the plantation. As of Dec. 31, 2012 the plantation completed and exceeded 150 tons. This was the second consecutive years the plantation had ranked top position among the company’s units.
Aside from its entrusted tasks of production and business, the plantation’s party cell has focused on instructing mass bodies to finalize its political tasks. The plantation’s mass bodies have excelled work of promulgation and education of the Party and State’s instructions and policies to laborers, spurred education on legal knowledge among laborers.
Especially, the plantation has held the mobilization of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s moral examples, mobilized its employees to excel grassroot democratic regulations, met laborers to grasp their aspiration, etc.
Nguyen Duc Thang, secretary of the plantation party cell said that to reach the above results, aside from instruction of the company’s departments, the plantation’s party cell has maintained internal solidarity, improving capacity, quality and efficiency in production. This is a foundation for the party cell to complete the proposed goals in 2013 including reaching output of 1,950 tons, newly planting 143.72ha, winning average income of VND5mil per capita per month, etc.
