Binh Duong Construction Consultant Investment JSC (BICONSI) held a ceremony to sell Phu Hoa third, fourth-floor apartments and social houses for the 2nd stage. On this day, BICONSI applied a sale promotion named “Buying houses right away, handing presents over”, in which gift vouchers worth VND10 million each were presented to all clients (photo).
According to BICONSI, during the day, there were 142 customers to participate and receive gift vouchers. Over 50% apartments of this stage were ordered. Customers as public servants, officials in educational, health sector received 30% discount on the apartment’s selling price, other customers got 2% discount.
Phu Hoa Apartment – Social House project was constructed in Phu Hoa 1 residential area, Phu Hoa ward, Thu Dau Mot City, and consists of 11 floors, 1 basement, 1 penthouse with 331 apartments, including 13 apartments in 1st and 2nd floor, 30 apartments in 3rd floor, 36 apartments in 4th floor, and 36 apartments in each 5-11th floor. Subjects to this project are people credited with serving revolution, public servants in state administrative agencies, workers, people with low incomes ... Buyers will be supported loans with low interest rate (from 5%/year) to purchase apartment from VND30,000 billion package of the State.
