Binh Duong Wood Processing Association (BIFA) has just signed a cooperation agreement with domestic and foreign technology enterprises to transform digital and promote sales through e-commerce channels. This is considered as one of the solutions to help solve the difficulties in trading activities which are delayed due to the impact of Covid-19 epidemic.
Specifically, BIFA has signed a cooperation agreement with FPT to promote digital transformation for Vietnamese timber businesses to help optimize operations, save costs, and improve competitiveness of businesses. FPT also builds databases for the wood processing industry, contributing to digitizing management activities as well as consulting and introducing the latest technologies and achievements in the field of information technology.
BIFA businesses also signed contracts with a number of other partners in the field of e-commerce, providing virtual reality technology, 3D showrooms and the community of IT managers in Vietnam.
