At the reception, Mr. Loi briefly informed Fujiwara Hirohisa and his delegation of the local socio-economic development while highly appreciating the cooperation results of Japanese enterprises in the province over the past time. Provincial Party Committee Secretary affirmed that the cooperation relationship of Japanese businesses, typically the Becamex Tokyu joint venture, is a model of Japan's cooperation with Vietnam in general and in Binh Duong in particular. Mr. Loi wanted Tokyu Group to further have more projects, contributing to the local development and replicate Becamex Tokyu's successful cooperation model to other localities across the country.
Mr. Loi said that the province is asking for the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) to further sponsor the Trans-Asian railway project passing through Binh Duong province, the Metro line connecting Ho Chi Minh city-Binh Duong. The province is further calling for investment in the development of transport infrastructure, urban areas and service sectors with green, clean ecosystems and smart cities. He wanted that Mr. Fujiwara Hirohisa will further pay attention to and propose the implementation of projects that the province is giving priority to calling for investment, especially the development of transportation infrastructure, urban areas, housing construction... Binh Duong province will create all favorable conditions for Japanese enterprises in general and Tokyu Group in particular to deploy projects in the coming time...
Mr. Fujiwara Hirohisa agreed with the proposals of the province and said that with his newly assigned duties, in the coming time, he will put forward proposals to develop projects that are being called by Binh Duong province while replicating the cooperation model between Tokyu Group and Becamex to many other localities.
