By middle of October 2010, Binh Duong Customs has collected budget exceeding 199.13% of estimation or 95.91% higher than previous term. As a result, the State receives VND 5,954 billion to the budget thanks to success of Binh Duong Customs in reforms during the heating up stage of importation and exportation.In 2010, the reformed procedures have been launched to its grassroots with 100% of declarations are made through online network which saves time and costs. The procedures are also helpful in avoiding conflicts and wrong doings. And thus, reforms hold the key to success of Binh Duong Customs. Moreover, reforms reflect modern working styles and improve management of staffs and enterprises during international integration.
Enterprises are ensured of transparent administrative procedures with frequent inspection and check-ups to minimize trade cheating and smuggling. The significant reforms have prompted for discovery of illegal trading.
Along with strict inspection and management against trade cheating and smuggling, Binh Duong Customs have opened many other services to enterprises. Up to date, 9 agencies of Binh Duong Customs are run by 12 service staffs who actively contribute to higher achievements of Binh Duong Customs.
