Since the beginning of the year, Binh Duong Customs Department has continued to innovate dialogue mode into training combined with solving problems as required by associations. Namely, the department collaborated with Japanese Enterprises’ Association to organize four training courses on customs procedures for more than 70 owners of Japanese enterprises in the area. With this form of dialogue, business owners were better aware of regulations, policies and laws by their language, then to have better policies and management of import and export activities of their business heighten law compliance.
Besides dialogues at the department level, Binh Duong Customs Department also renovated the dialogue at sub-department level. Specifically, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park Customs Sub-Department, Song Than Industrial Park Customs Sub-Department and Thu Dau Mot Customs Sub-Department held training meetings to solve problems of enterprises about making finalization reports according to Article 60 of the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 38/2015 / TT-BTC, aiming to assist enterprises in transferring and finalizing settlement reports, avoiding unnecessary errors. Throughout the meetings, sub-departments also responded to difficulties that enterprises were encountering during the process of report settlement with customs authorities, ensuring the smooth and fast implementation of customs procedures…
