As of December 26, 2017, Binh Duong Customs Department collected a budget reveneue of VND13,062 billion, up 19.56% over the same period in 2016, reaching 107% compared with Ordinance’s target, reaching 113.59% of the target assigned by the provincial People's Council, reaching 104.5% of the target set by the General Department of Customs and 101.26% compared to the target assigned by the General Department of Customs. This was the first time, since its establishment, Binh Duong Customs Department achieved a state budget revenue of over VND13,000 billion. According to Binh Duong Customs Department, immediately after receiving the targets of state budget revenue assigned by the Ministry of Finance and the provincial People's Council, the department actively set up plans and solutions to collection of state budget, timely executed at customs branches in parallel with allocating tax collection targets. On that basis, each branch, based on specific characteristics and situation of goods export and import activities in their locality, actively developed appropriate collection solutions for each unit to ensure the completion of the task. In addition, Binh Duong Customs Department well directed the implementation of solutions to support enterprises under the direction of leaders at all levels, the spirit of Resolution No. 19-2017 / NQ-CP, Resolution No. 35/2017 / NQ-CP of the Government, contributing to attracting new businesses in the province, helping stabilize and increase revenue.
