Binh Duong Customs Department holds dialogue meeting with Korean businesses

On the morning of April 24, Binh Duong Customs Department coordinated with the Korean Business Association (Kocham) of Binh Duong province to organize a dialogue meeting with Korean enterprises investing in the province. Attending the conference were leaders of the Department of Customs and its affiliated units; leaders of the Provincial Korean Business Association and more than 50 Korean enterprises in the province.

At the conference, Provincial Customs Department disseminated new regulations and policies related to customs declaration procedures; common errors in processing, export production, and export processing activities; on-site export and import procedures; points to note and warnings of some violations that businesses often make in customs declaration and post-clearance inspection activities...

Through the dialogue, the Customs Department received opinions from Korean businesses and investors who are completing procedures at the Customs Department. In the coming time, Binh Duong Customs Department will continue to strengthen coordination to create favorable conditions for businesses to invest effectively and develop, as well as ensure the correct implementation of legal regulations.

Currently, the Customs Department is processing procedures for more than 328 Korean enterprises in the province. Korean businesses invest in many fields and always coordinate well with customs authorities in implementing import and export procedures; Many businesses are increasingly developing and expanding project investments, actively contributing to local economic development.
