Performing anti-tax collection duties, improving the legal compliance of enterprises, from the beginning of the year until now, through the inspection in and after customs clearance, Binh Duong Customs Department has discovered and handled 79 schools and budget collection of more than 12.4 billion VND. Errors and mistakes of these cases are mainly reports of finalization, inventory declaration which are not true, incorrectly declaring codes, goods origin and prices.
In the second quarter of 2019, Binh Duong Customs Department continued to strengthen internal and post-clearance inspection for cases of wrong declaration of goods codes, tax rates, wrong time for customs procedures, no re-import goods on time already registered with the customs offices, falsely declaring the actual quantity and value of imported goods subject to tax exemption according to law provisions.
