Binh Duong Customs Department to apply software to improve management efficiency

According to heads of Binh Duong Customs Department, in recent years, the department has actively set up and applied software to improve the efficiency of management as well as professional operations. Namely, the department effectively applied bonded warehouse management software, which has many new features bringing benefits to import and export businesses. Import and export data analysis was also integrated into the shared internal management program to help users statistically analyze the history of import and export data of enterprises to identify deviations in import and export activities...

In addition, in order to have a basis for customs official evaluation and create an effective communication channel for customers, the department advised and proposed the development of software "Customer Satisfaction Assessment at Binh Duong Customs Department". By the first quarter of 2020, the department successfully piloted this software at Thu Dau Mot City customs sub-department.

Binh Duong Customs Department also issued and maintained regular updates for "Professional knowledge handbook". The handbook published in 5 languages Vietnamese, English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean are provided free of charge to businesses. In this handbook, the customs authority synthesized, standardized, and publicized transparently legal policies and regulations to help enterprises, facilitate the investigation and implementation of administrative procedures, limit common errors of enterprises, prevent corruption manifestations of customs officers and civil servants.
