Leaders of Binh Duong Customs Department said that, in recent time, besides maintaining and applying effectively automatic customs clearance system VNACCS / VCIS, the department has implemented and encouraged enterprises to do online customs clearance on Portals of General Department of Customs (48 procedures) and Binh Duong Customs Department (27 procedures). At present, the implementation of online public services of General Customs Department and Binh Duong Customs Department has come into stable, created convenience for businesses, especially helping businesses reduce paperwork and time, travelling cost when carrying out customs procedures.
In 2017, online public service system of Binh Duong Customs Department received 1,371 dossiers. Since the beginning of the year, the system has received 48 dossiers. According to statistics of General Department of Customs, in 2017, Binh Duong Customs Department was the unit with the second largest number of records received through online public service system on the whole country.
To achieve the above-mentioned results, from the beginning of the implementation of online public services, leaders of Binh Duong Customs Department directed drastically the implementation with many solutions, such as: Develop a detailed and synchronous implementation plan at subordinate units; To carry out the monitoring and supervision of the implementation process, promptly report problems and difficulties and propose solutions to improve efficiency of the system... In the coming time, Binh Duong Customs shall continue maintaining well online public service system of the department and of General Department of Customs; especially continue the implementation of new public services of General Department of Customs in 2018 ...
