- Could you tell us about the task of State budget collection in 2020 of Binh Duong Customs?

- In 2020, Binh Duong Customs Department mobilizes all resources to effectively implement the resolutions, directives and directives of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of Finance, the General Department of Customs and Binh Province. Duong on the task of state budget collection in 2020, striving to achieve and exceed 17,000 billion VND, contributing to the province's socio-economic development.

With the long-lasting situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, the provincial Customs Department forecasted that the budget collection from import-export activities would face many difficulties. The Department has reported assessing the impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on the situation of budget collection and export of import-export enterprises to have a solution.

- Forecasting the disease situation continues to be complicated, in your opinion, what solutions do you need to prevent the disease, but do not interrupt and affect the import and export activities?

- Only counting the figures in 2019, Binh Duong Customs Department has made procedures for 79 enterprises (with the budget revenue of more than VND 6 billion / enterprise) to import goods from China and actually paid in 2019 is 1,585. billion dong, accounting for 8.98% of total revenue. At present, the situation of Covid-19 epidemic has not stopped. Therefore, in the first quarter of 2020, the unit's revenue may decrease by about VND 450 billion ...

In Binh Duong, import-export activities, especially import-export activities with Chinese enterprises, may face difficulties for goods transported by road or by air (due to restrictions on trade at border gates of roads and roads. aviation with China). Some manufacturing enterprises that depend on raw materials imported from China such as: Textile (importing yarn, fabric), electronics, consumption (components and accessories) may face the risk of lack of raw materials. Exports in the coming time (in the second and third quarters of 2020).

Currently, according to the reports of some Vietnamese enterprises importing raw materials from China, the source of imported raw materials is limited because some Chinese enterprises have not yet come into operation, if they have operated, they have not reached their capacity. original. Machinery and equipment to implement new projects, spare parts, preparation formulas ... need Chinese technical experts, some have not come to Vietnam. Some enterprises do not import directly from China, but also import from other countries affected by the chain, as raw materials are also imported from China and then produced and supplied to Vietnam (steel enterprises imported). hot rolled steel from India, Taiwan ...). Therefore, the disease of Covid-19 will greatly affect the operation of businesses and the budget revenue.

- To overcome the limited impact of the Covid-19 epidemic, would you please tell us what solutions the Binh Duong Customs Department has implemented to support import-export enterprises?

- In the immediate future, the provincial Customs Department has directed the sub-departments to firmly grasp the information of import-export situation of enterprises to have a plan to support enterprises. In particular, priority is given to the attention, to grasp the situation of regular operation of enterprises with large revenues accounting for 80% of the revenue of each branch in order to promptly support, promptly remove difficulties and create problems. maximum advantage to ensure revenue in 2020. In addition, the Department of Supervision and Control of the Provincial Customs Department in coordination with the branches actively take initiative in capturing the difficulties of businesses due to the impact of Covid disease- 19 such as documents related to import delay due to not being sent by air to timely handle and support enterprises. Based on the list of enterprises that affect revenue from China, the sub-departments have information, continue to monitor the situation of production activities,
