So as to implement the Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 1, 2020 of the government on continual tasks to improve business environment and elevation of national competitiveness, from the beginning of the year, enterprises are encouraged to register for levels 3 and 4 of business registration, earning encouraging outcomes of online registration at over 95%.
Besides, Provincial Social Insurance has promoted electronic transactions to reduce time burden of administrative procedures related to premium payments along with transaction through the post. For the resolution of benefits, implementation has been timely and fully. In the first 6 months of 2020, functional agencies have received over 393,430 dossiers, 28,767 of which have been through postal services and 302,337 online dossiers. 384,271 dossiers have been processed to increase the amounts of processed dossiers by 2.7% higher than the previous term.
According to provincial People’s Committee, tasks and measures shall be accelerated for the time to come to remedy the effects of Covid-19 pandemic so as to recover the national economy. Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of Politburo on June 5, 2020 is issued to address continual improvement of business environment, operations monitoring and timely resolution of hardship faced by enterprises and investors. Concurrently, enterprise costs shall be strongly cut down along with legal assistance for local enterprises and elevating competitiveness and international integration indexes.
Barriers shall be removed at constructing industrial parks and clusters to service small and medium businesses. Management, special inspection and connection to national information portal with stronger electronic payments and levels 4 and 5 online services shall be implemented.
