The company’s laborers now enjoy the average income of more than VND7mln per person per month. The company has also constantly created a favorable and comfortable working environment for laborers.
Besides, the company has attached special importance to building up a young workforce full of competence. The company has also always taken measures to build up a strong political system as the engine for all its fields. The Party Committee of the company has constantly developed with 63 Party members and been recognized as a strong and pure unit for many consecutive years.
With 1,870 trade unionists, the Trade Union local of the company has reached many achievements in taking care of the lives of laborers by many social welfare policies.
