From the beginning of the year to the end of October 2017, the number of enterprises coming for customs procedures at Binh Duong General Port Customs Sub-Department (Binh Duong Customs Department) was 161, up 15% over the same period; Export turnover reached $111.03 million, up 45.9% over the same period; The number of declarations was 3,057, an increase of 44.2% over the same period of 2016. Particularly, State budget contribution of the sub-department was VND 675.343 billion, gaining 101.86% of the Binh Duong Customs Department delivery, up 55% over the same period in 2016.
According to the planning of provincial People's Committee, Binh Duong General Port and ICD, TBS Logistics (Tan Van) cluster will be the focal point of import and export for local businesses and the southern key economic zone.
In the coming time, the Sub-Department shall continue to promote its achievements and create favorable conditions to attract enterprises to carry out procedures in order to contribute to the completion of the duty by Binh Duong Customs Department in the following years.
