From October 13 to 14, the Ministry of Industry and Trade held a conference on industrial promotion in Tay Ninh province to evaluate the results of the implementation of industrial promotion activities of the southern provinces and cities in 2021 and 9 months of 2022.
Within the framework of the conference, the Ministry of Industry and Trade awarded the decisions to recognize 200 typical rural industrial products in the southern region in 2022 of 20 provinces and cities, including: Ho Chi Minh city, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Duong, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh, Binh Thuan, Long An, Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Dong Thap, An Giang, Kien Giang, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Soc Trang, Bac Lieu and Ca Mau.
Particularly, Binh Duong has 28 products certified as the rural industrial ones at the southern region level. They belong to the group of handicraft products, unburnt bricks, technological products, food... The above result showed the province's proper support and concern for rural industrial enterprises. At the conference, the province also gave a speech on solutions to improve the quality of industrial promotion in the coming time.
