According to Provincial Statistics Office, Binh Duong currently has 4,000 manufacturing companies with export activities. Exporting companies have been making good use of signed free trade agreements to promote their operations. Accordingly, export value of these companies accounts for 93% of total export turnover of the province, export market comprises more than 170 countries and territories.
The COVID-19 pandemic is still taking place, but companies in the province won POs, especially wood processing industry has increasing numbers of POs, even exceeding the time before the pandemic; companies have received POs for 6 months to a year. Supply of input materials is relatively stable; however, price of some raw materials has increased by about 10% from December 2020 until now.
