Improved life thanks to new urban area
In the past, most of communes of Tan Hiep, Phu Chanh, Vinh Tan of Tan Uyen district, Hoa Loi, Chanh Phu Hoa of Ben Cat were agricultural localities. Even, Phu My and Dinh Hoa communes, located at Thu Dau Mot city, attached also to farming industry.
However, many residents living near the complex now become billionaires, thanks to grasping opportunities. Some households have shifted to business and service fields after receiving compensation. Nguyen Huu Tan in Phu Chanh, said “After receiving compensation of over 2ha of land, I decided to purchase 2 trucks serving for my new career. Until now, my new work lasts 4 years and meets advantages”.
Within the recent 2 years, when industrial parks in the complex put into operation, many opportunities open for local residents. Accordingly, thousands of boarding houses have been emerged, bringing stable incomes for former farmers.
Phu Chanh’s development makes residents surprised.
Changes on agricultural land
Vinh Tan, Phu Chanh and Tan Hiep were in the past poor communes of Tan Uyen district. However, appearance of the complex has helped these communes change positively.
Phu Chanh communal People’s Committee chairman Nguyen Van Tru said “birth of the complex turns our commune into an urban locality. Many households have shifted to business and service fields with stable incomes”.
Similarly, Hoa Loi was an agricultural commune of Ben Cat district but now it shows a strong change of economy and society. New routes have been built and tens of lodging houses are invested by local residents with a large scale.
The change has been seen at Phu My and Dinh Hoa of Thu Dau Mot city. Many restaurants, eateries have emerged along Huynh Van Luy road leading to the complex.
Effects
Together with foundation and development of the complex, system of key routes leading to new city of Binh Duong has been invested well. This has positively impacted on development of communes adjoining the complex.
In the coming time, DT742 route will be built newly, creating breakthroughs for Vinh Tan and Phu Chanh. Development of these communes has showed a positive effect. Once the complex is completed, it is sure that communes away from it will also enjoy more benefits.
