The company has taken good care of employee's life through the signing of a collective bargaining agreement in 2015, implementing correctly salary and bonus policies for employees. The company also fulfilled insurance policies for employees; provided mid-shift meals for employees; timely paid salaries, bonuses on big occasions… In 2015, the company’s employee had an average income of 9.73 million VND/ person / month, up 3.5% over the same period.
In addition, the company paid much attention to labor protection, occupational safety to ensure employee’s safety. Namely, the company set up Labor Protection - Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and Fire Prevention Fighting (FPF) Plan. Doing well charitable – social works
To keep being responsible to the community, in 2015, the company paid much attention to social works with total expenditure of nearly 2.4 billion VND. Namely, visiting, giving gifts to disadvantaged ticket sellers; sponsoring programs of provincial Children Protection Fund, Sao Khue Award, Each compassionate heart wings a dream; The youth journey for the islands… In particular, the company donated 34 Great unity houses to poor and policy households.
