The company between 2010 and 2015 has reached more than VND2.84trillion in total revenue and VND667bln in pre-tax profit with the annual average growth of 6.5%. Dang Quang Thung, Deputy General Director of the company said that under the resolutions of the company’s Party Committee and conferences for shareholders, the company’s directorate has organized conferences for staff at the company’s units to grasp targets on production and business thoroughly and launch emulation movements. All have contributed to helping the company take fruits in production and business.
During the business process, the company has constantly made production expansion, diversification of products and services as well as developing consumption market to affirm its trademark in and out of the province. The company has also applied the ISO 9001-2008 quality management system, contributing to ensuring the quality of products and services and keeping its prestige to clients.
Taking care of laborers
Leaders of the company and mass organizations in the company have implemented democratic regulations at the grassroots level towards internal consensus. The company’s workers have been allowed to discuss issues relating to their legitimate rights and interests at conferences for them. This has helped the company build up a friendly and equal working environment, well ensuring policies for laborers as stipulated.
With 13 units, the company now has a total of 525 laborers. The company has not only ensured jobs with stable income for laborers, but also regularly visited and encouraged them when facing illness and difficulty, well implemented the State’s policies for them.
The company’s directorate has also paid attention to honoring laborers who have gained high working achievements or created initiatives, helping increase the company’s productivity. In addition, there is a boarding section for laborers.
Such these apart, the company has actively got involved in social charity activities with the annual average support level of VND4bln-VND5bln; paid attention to “paying debt of gratitude” activities such as building gratitude houses for those who rendered great services to the nation, maintaining 5 heroic Vietnamese mothers…
For achievements done during the 2010-2015 period, the company has been awarded the second-class Labor Medal together the certificates of merit of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry…
