Binh Duong Province reached for practical and effective programs in promoting nation industrial sector

As reported by Industry Promotion Center of Department of Industry and Trade, after 5 years of program implementation under Prime Minister’s Decision No. 136/QD-TTg, Binh Duong Province has supported enterprises in vocational training for nearly 6,000 workers at the cost of VND 4.1 billion. Besides, the program supported certification of Tuong Binh Hiep handicraft village, experience exchanging trips to Binh Thuan, Lam Dong, Can Tho, etc., models of technology exchange presentations, introduction of model products from rural areas, and information broadcasting to improve management efficiency of industry promotion cadres in the region.So as to set industry promotion to high fly for the time to come, Deputy Chairmand of Provincial People’s Committee Tran Thanh Liem commanded the center to coordinate with agencies to survey for real needs of enterprises and establishments to offer more effective and practical programs.On this occasion, Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee awarded merit certificates to the center and Mr. Pham Thanh Dung as its Director. The Department of Trade and Industry awarded merit certificates to 5 collectives of Textile Association, Lacquer and Sculpture Association, Ba Nhat Collective, and economic chambers in Tan Uyen District and Thuan An Town, and to 4 individuals of Le Van Chi (Deputy Director of the center), Le Ba Linh (Deputy Chairman of Lacquer and Sculpture Association), Nguyen Hong Anh (executive member of Textile Association), and Nguyen Thuy Hang (Deputy Head of Industry Promotion Office under the center).Reported by B.
