On May 28, Binh Duong Customs Department, in collaboration with the Japanese Business Association in Binh Duong province, organized a dialogue conference with Japanese businesses investing in the province.
Attending the conference were representatives of the leadership of the Binh Duong Customs Department and its affiliated units; the leadership of the Japanese Business Association and over 20 Japanese businesses currently investing in Binh Duong province.
At the conference, the Binh Duong Customs Department has disseminated and publicized new regulations and policies related to customs declaration procedures; common errors in processing, manufacturing, exporting, and re-exporting activities; export and import procedures on the spot; points to note, warnings about some violations that businesses often encounter in customs declaration and post-clearance inspection.
At the dialogue session, the leadership representative of the Binh Duong Customs Department listened to the contributions from Japanese businesses and investors undergoing procedures at the Binh Duong Customs Department; at the same time, they mentioned that in the future, the unit will continue to promote administrative reform and modernize the customs sector, enhancing the cooperative relationship between customs and enterprises in import and export activities, improve corporate legal compliance, as well as timely exchange, resolve difficulties and obstacles of investing enterprises in Binh Duong.
The Customs Department of Binh Duong is currently processing procedures for over 300 Japanese enterprises. Recently, most Japanese businesses investing in the province have been complying well with legal regulations, making significant contributions to the Customs Department of Binh Duong in fulfilling their tasks.
