Binh Duong provincial Market Control has just coordinated with Le Bui Law Firm – an authorized representative of Honda Japan in Vietnam to organize a conference to disseminate and propagate the laws to provide professional training on distinguishing genuine goods from counterfeits. At the conference, delegates were introduced to the distinguishing signs of genuine and fake goods and the reality of infringement of rights to trademarks of Honda Vietnam, to discuss new points of the Intellectual Property Law.
At the same time, the delegates also exchanged difficulties and problems to propose solutions in the fight against the production and trading of counterfeit goods and protecting the interests of consumers. At the conference, civil servants of the functional forces had access to a lot of really useful information and skills to distinguish and identify counterfeit goods and infringing intellectual property rights on products; thereon, improving professional qualifications to better protect the interests of consumers.
