According to Nguyen Tan Binh, Director of Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the market was an opportunity for businesses in the province to introduce products, advertise brand, and increase sales. However, there are some limitations in organization, because this was the first time and organizers wanted to survey consumer’s tastes. Mr. Binh also said, the department received applications for participation, but cannot accept due to constraints of fund, location.
