According to an official report by the Vietnam E-commerce Association, Binh Duong province ranked fourth among 63 provinces and cities nationwide in the E-Business Index (EBI) with 14.86 points, up one place compared to 2020.
This is the 5th consecutive year Binh Duong has maintained its position in the group of the country’s top 5 provinces and cities in e-commerce growth with a number of outstanding development indexes such as human resources and information technology infrastructure with 20.31 points, ranking fourth; transactions of enterprises with consumers (B2C) with 11.86 points, ranking third; business-to-business (B2B) transactions with 14.9 points, ranking third.
It is known that from 2021, the EBI is only based on three criteria: information technology infrastructure and human resources, transactions between businesses and customers (B2C), transactions between businesses and businesses (B2B).
