Early September 21, Mai Hung Dung, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting to hear a report on preparatory work for the 2022 Horasis India meeting which is expected to take place from September 25 to 27, 2022.
An overview of the meeting
At the meeting, representatives of the units reported on the progress of logistics preparation. Accordingly, preparations for the event have been completed basically. The construction of items such as the welcome gate, sound- light system, rooms to hold plenary sessions and dialogue sessions is being carried out in the final stages, ensuring to be completed on the morning of September 23.
The work of ensuring security and order, fire prevention and fighting, healthcare; training for volunteers to support delegates in the process of attending the event was also attached special importance to. Especially, the security work, ensuring safety for the forum was carefully prepared by provincial military and police agencies. They will use a flycam system to monitor security and safety for the event.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Dung asked for departments, sectors and units to carefully prepare for safety, security, fire prevention, send invitation letters and welcome delegates thoughtfully. Provincial Department of Information and Communications needs to coordinate with relevant units to strengthen propaganda with focus and hold a press conference on the event on the morning of September 23. He also noted that relevant units need to well prepare scripts of the plenary and parallel sessions on the basis of the topic set out by the Horasis for high results.
After all the preparations are completed, provincial leaders will make a final inspection tour to ensure that the 2022 Horasis India meeting will take place successfully.
