Early September 9, Binh Duong Real Estate Association held its second congress for the 2022-2027 tenure.

The congress was attended by Nguyen Van Danh, Vice-Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Hung, former member of provincial Party Standing Committee, CEO of Becamex IDC; Nguyen Van Dinh, Vice-Chairman of Vietnam Real Estate Association, Chairman of Vietnam Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Danh emphasized that real estate is not just industrial parks, urban and residential areas, but it is actually a permanent asset of each locality and each country. The value of real estate partly reflects the smart development strategy of each land, especially in areas that do not really have many natural and historical incentives. He expressed his belief that with solidarity, consensus and consistency in awareness, Binh Duong Real Estate Association will further contribute to the local prosperity and happiness.
At the congress, delegates discussed the development planning of Binh Duong province and the transformation trend of the real estate market; BIM technology in construction. The congress also elected the Executive Board of Binh Duong Real Estate Association for the 2022-2027 tenure, including 18 members. Giang Quoc Dung, Deputy General Director of Becamex IDC was elected as Chairman of Binh Duong Real Estate Association for the new tenure.
The Executive Board of Binh Duong Real Estate Association for the new term set out the following tasks: making solidarity for development together; converting real estate in the direction of optimizing value; building smart real estate, obeying the law.
Speaking at the congress, Mr. Dinh said Binh Duong is a thriving province, attracting the highest investment in the country and also a strongly developed real estate market. Therefore, Binh Duong Real Estate Association needs to promote external relations in combination with professional training for member enterprises; actively take part in social criticism activities; provide policy advice in combination with promoting communication and strategic research in accordance with the provisions of law and local development trends.
