Binh Duong Real Estate Association held a meeting and exchanged experiences with Binh Duong Construction Investment Consultant Joint Stock Company (Biconsi) to review and propose functional agencies, departments to remove difficulties and problems of enterprises. Biconsi's report said that in 2019, Biconsi continued to offer and lease real estate products in diverse segments, in which some attractive real estate products to customers were Hiep Thanh apartment building social housing bloc E and F, luxury apartments of Biconsi Tower project, townhouses and villas of Bach Dang trade service center. These products have a stable consumption and steady value increase, because of their prime location, convenient transportation and accompanied service facilities. In real estate business, Biconsi faced some difficulties and problems in administrative procedures. Specifically, the sale of social housing must take many steps, so the procedure for issuing a certificate of house ownership cannot be carried out within 30 days, or whether the Vietnamese residing overseas is granted a certificate, and it is necessary to reduce project investment procedures, create favorable conditions for businesses to do business more conveniently… At the meeting, Tran Khac Thach, Chairman of Binh Duong Real Estate Association, appreciated the business of Biconsi, and exchanged some difficulties and obstacles encountering Biconsi.
