the province, especially the provincial department of Trade and Industry has
implemented a series of action plans to uphold 2 mentioned important
resolutions. In May and June, the department issued a plan on stabilizing
essential items from now till March 31 2012. Expectedly, the total stabilized
goods will be at VND608.45bil, VND123.97bil of which is from preferential
loans.
Businesses participating in the goods price stability worked with the local Finance Department on loan disbursement. Initially, items of textbook, notebook and learning aid has been sold at stabilized prices across 7 districts and townships. Other items will be launched widely in coming time.
