At the meeting, Mr. Thai shared that Binh Duong is one of VNPT’s top revenue-generating provinces, with annual earnings of around VND 1 trillion. He expressed VNPT’s desire for the province’s support in deploying a 5G network to serve local authorities, businesses and residents. Additionally, VNPT hopes to participate in infrastructure projects related to Binh Duong’s digital transformation, administrative reform and e-government system development.

Mr. Loi affirmed that Binh Duong is actively promoting digital transformation, advancing science and technology (sci-tech) and accelerating administrative reform. He expressed his hope that VNPT would soon implement the 5G network, aiming at establishing a robust and widespread telecommunications infrastructure system to support the province’s development.

Provincial Party Committee Secretary shared that Binh Duong is in the process of completing procedures to invest in a sci-tech industrial park aimed at attracting high-tech enterprises, with a priority on semiconductor manufacturing.
