Early October 17, Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Committee presided over the 73rd session of provincial People's Committee. The meeting was attended by Mai Hung Dung, Member of provincial Standing Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of provincial People's Committee, along with leaders of departments, agencies, districts and cities in the province.

This support covers traffic, telecommunications, energy supply, public lighting, water supply, waste collection-treatment and other related infrastructure systems, excluding internal infrastructure systems. The support is capped at VND 5 billion per project…

Speaking at the session, Mr. Minh basically agreed with the drafts and proposals presented while emphasizing that departments and agencies should further acquire contributive ideas from the meeting to refine the drafts and proposals for approval in the coming time. He also agreed with the proposals concerning commercial housing ratios for ground floors in apartment buildings, setting a maximum limit of 20% for such projects.
