Synchronous traffic infrastructure has greatly contributed to the success of Binh Duong province in terms of industrial manufacture. So far, Binh Duong has possessed a fully developed traffic infrastructure connecting advantages with the region and has been ranking first in the whole country.

After 10 years of operation, Binh Duong Boulevard has made advantages for Vietnam Singapore 1 industrial park (VSIP 1) and Dong An IP in Thuan An town.
VSIP 1 has till now absorbed more than 240 foreign investors with a total investment capital of US$2.4bln and become one of the country’s model industrial parks. Dong An IP has also lured 120 foreign and domestic enterprises with a total investment capital of more than US$400mln.
In addition, Binh Duong Boulevard has contributed to promoting the development of industrial manufacture in northern districts of the province. Many large-scale Ips have been formed up with strong growth. Particularly, Ips of My Phuoc and Bau Bang have attracted more than 420 FDI projects capitalized at more than US$3.5bln
Many other Ips of Viet Huong 2, An Tay and Rach Bap have been formed up on DT744 street and have been very attractive to investors. Viet Huong 2 has drawn 40 FDI and domestic projects with a total registered capital of VND85bln and more than US$330mln…
The streets of DT746, DT747B and DT742 passing through Tan Uyen district have also contributed to bringing industrial manufacture to the rural region. After its 5-year operation, Dat Cuoc IP in Tan Uyen district has lured nearly 30 FDI and domestic projects with a total registered capital of more than US$54mln and more than VND704bln.
Similarly, South Tan Uyen IP has absorbed 88 FDI and domestic projects, 40 of which are now operational, generating stable jobs for tens of thousands of laborers in and out of the province.
Good way
Thanks to being invested in a synchronous way, Binh Duong’s traffic infrastructure has achieved great changes only after a short time. The whole province is now home to 7,244 km of various roads, up 6,969.3 km compared to that of 1997.
The province’s traffic infrastructure development has promoted industrial park infrastructure as a lever for socio-economic development. The most obvious proof for this is the operation of more than 1,200 foreign and domestic enterprises with a total registered capital of more than US$13bln.
For better development, Binh Duong has worked out many new key streets, of which the My Phuoc-Tan Van expressway is the most highlighted project with a total investment capital of more than VND3.5trillion. The expressway will help Binh Duong become a key gateway for goods transportation from the central Highlands region to Southeastern provinces.
The province also started construction of 3 streets of DT746, DT747B and DT742 in Tan Uyen district in 2010 to meet the development demand for technical infrastructure, contributing to promoting investment attraction. Capitalized at around VND4trillion, they are expected for completion after four years of construction.
