Minh said that the working visit to Nebraska is a concrete step in tightening the relationship between the two localities after the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between People's Committee of Binh Duong province and the Nebraska state government to establish cooperative relations on the basis of equality and mutual benefit. This is also one of the meaningful activities after President Joe Biden paid a state visit to Vietnam from September 10 to 11, right on the occasion of the two countries celebrating the 10th anniversary of comprehensive partnership.
