On Nov. 27, Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People's Committee paid a working session with Italian business delegation led by Mr. Stefano Landi, chairman of Italian Commerce and Industry Chamber.
At the working session, after hearing about Binh Duong's socio-economic situation, Mr. Stefano Landi said that he and the delegation members are very impressive on Binh Duong's rapid development, especially infrastructure facility of industry and traffic network. He also said that Italian enterprises' advantages are automatic industry, machinery, equipment, high technology, IT, service and more. Through this working session, Italian enterprises will set out more detailed strategy of investment.
Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People's Committee applauded the Italian business delegation's investment and added that local enterprises are in need of high technology and advanced machines of the EU to cater for local production of apparel, furniture, footwear and more. Therefore, Italian enterprises' investment are very suitable to local demand.
Earlier, Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People's Committee paid a reception to Mr. Ruud Joosten, member of the executive board of Akzonobel Painting Coroporation of the UK. At the reception, Mr. Ruud Joosten extended thanks to the provincial leaders for local administration's assistance to the corporation's investment in My Phuoc 2 IP, Ben Cat town.
In Vietnam market, Akzonobel has constantly developed and become an enterprise leading in painting industry with 2 products of Dulux and Maxilite.
