Diverse promotion channels
Currently, the province has 12 nation-level monuments, 41 province-level monuments of various types, such as history, architecture and art, trade villages, traditions and customs, ceremonies ... Besides, the province also has eco-tourism attractions and resorts...
Foreseeing this potential, provincial Tourism Promotion Center has boosted promotion, advertising activities through tourist publications maps... Mr. Pham Hong Thi, Deputy Director of provincial Tourism Promotion Center, said in addition to tourist publications, brochures, maps to advertise the image of the province as joining tourism events, the center had updated, compiled, posted stories on the official website (www.dulichbinhduong.org.vn) with the newest information, image to serve the information needs of travelers. In addition, the center also cooperated to make documentary films about Binh Duong tourism broadcasted on Ho Chi Minh City Television Station.
In addition, implementing provincial orientation towards developing tourism linkages, cooperation with southern provinces and cities, provincial tourism sector worked with OpenSky Magazine to provide news, articles about Binh Duong tourism; thereby, contributing to promoting the image of provincial tourism on flights of Vietnamese and several foreign airlines.
Gradually proving itself
Currently, Binh Duong province has many tourist attractions, from resorts, sightseeing places, historical sites to returning-to-the-root tourism. However, Binh Duong tourism has been known for only Dai Nam Tourist Park, Lai Thieu orchards, Phu Loi Prison ... This implies that on provincial tourism popularization have not strong enough to have particular products...
To overcome this problem, the province's tourism industry has cooperated with related sectors, units to design, register and put into use an identifying system of Binh Duong tourism, including logos and slogans to recognize provincial tourism. The sector also devised tourist map on the official website to facilitate connectivity, development of tourism, and gradually bring the image of Binh Duong tourism closer to tourists in and outside the province.
Particularly, Tourism Promotion Center will cooperate with travel agencies to regularly attend tourism events of region-level, nation-level and international-level to strengthen tourism promotion to domestic and foreign tourists.
To develop provincial tourism, in the fourth quarter of 2016, Tourism Promotion Center will cooperate with Grandtour Company to organize Famtrips for delegations of tourist companies nationwide to survey tourist attractions, products of Binh Duong. In addition, the center also collaborates with other units, culinary artisans to take part in Dong Nai Culinary Festival 2016.
