Founded in May, 2011 with limited quantity of members in the first days, over the past 12 years of operation, the number of members of Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society has so far reached 250 people. Meeting the developing requirement on both depth and width, Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society has established branches including Thu Dau Mot city Young Entrepreneurs sub-Society, Di An town Young Entrepreneurs sub-Society, Ben Cat district Young Entrepreneurs sub-Society and a table-tennis club.
On Oct. 15, Thuan An town Young Entrepreneurs sub-Society and Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Football Club will be officially inaugurated at the anniversary of 2013 Entrepreneurs’ Day.
With the motto of unity, creation and creating exchange and learning environment for members, over the past years Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society has spared no efforts to reinforce its organization and operation.
Accordingly, many programs, activities and new ideas have been shared and applied into reality, making up positive efficiencies and spreading through activities of exchange, dialogue, sport, culture, charity, society, international cooperation and many more. Specifically, the early-year meetings, idea contributions to the draft amendments to the 1992 Constitution, idea contributions to the revised Law on Land, meeting with provincial leaguers through various stages, meeting with leaders of the provincial department of Trade and Industry were held over the past years.
In addition, many activities of exchange, cooperation and creation have been responded by members through programs such as Entrepreneurs Coffee, Seminar on Intellectual Property, weekend Binh Duong Entrepreneurs, sport festivals, gift visits and among others.
All the mentioned activities have contributed to creating a linkage between members. In the first half of this year, Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society held gift visits to orphans and disabled people and the poor with the total value of hundreds of million of VND. Additionally, Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society joined in honoring excellent pupils through prizes such as Ho Van Men prize, Young Talent Fund and so on.
Vo Son Dien, chairman of Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society said “Thanks to solidarity and creation of all members, Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society has effectively upheld programs meeting requirements of exchange, learning to increase strength of young entrepreneurs’ community. However, Dien also assessed that the number of the society members has yet to match the quantity of local businesses under operation. In the coming time, Binh Duong provincial Young Entrepreneurs Society will continue improving its quality of operation, paying attention to members’ legitimate demand as well as expanding scale of gathering and developing in both quantity and quality.
