Afternoon of September 12, Binh Duong provincial People's Committee held a meeting to gather opinions on the preparation of the provincial Development Plan for 2021-2030, with a vision towards 2050, which was approved by the Prime Minister in early August (referred to as the provincial Plan) along with the promotion of the Top 1 ICF and investment in 2024. Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Member of the provincial Party Standing Committee, Deputy Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, chaired the conference.

According to the plan, Binh Duong province is expected to organize the announcement ceremony of the provincial planning associated with the promotion of Top 1 ICF, investment promotion; groundbreaking and initiation of key projects. Accordingly, at the ceremony, the Government will present the decision to approve the provincial planning; promote Top 1 ICF and the ceremony to approve the investment policy, investment registration certificate for investors.
Mr. Mai Hung Dung, Member of the provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Deputy Permanent Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, requests preparations for the announcement ceremony to be carried out well, ensuring a successful outcome.
At the same time, the province will organize the launch of the Vanh Dai 4, the Ho Chi Minh City - Chon Thanh expressway, commence the WTC Binh Duong Complex, and Cay Truong Industrial Zone.
Through the announcement ceremony and exhibition, Binh Duong hopes to introduce to investors, the community, and businesses the vision, direction, and development strategy of the province in the new phase. In addition, the conference is an opportunity to organize trade, connect, attract technology, and high-quality human resources to meet the province's new ecosystem.
The event series at the inauguration ceremony in Binh Duong demonstrates its role in the key economic region in the South, along with the World Smart Community Forum (ICF) connecting with over 200 cities in the smart community regarding development orientation and investment attraction strategies of the province.

According to the report for the global energy and automation exhibition event, the provincial People's Committee is expected to organize it on the morning of September 25 at the WTC International Exhibition Center in Binh Duong. The exhibition will have the participation of 300 organizations/businesses and connect with 1,000 ecosystem businesses with 400 booths from South Korea, Japan, China, Malaysia, Taiwan (China), Hong Kong (China), Vietnam, and Germany.

As part of the provincial planning announcement event series, from September 26 to 27, there will be seminars on investment and attracting new ecosystems; cooperation between institutes, schools, and businesses; and promoting scientific research and technology; trade promotion programs, technological trade.
At the meeting, Mrs. Huynh Dinh Thai Linh, Director of WTC Binh Duong Co., Ltd., reported that the planned provincial planning announcement program will be themed "Binh Duong Future" - with a focus on human factors, residents and highly skilled workers transforming to new heights.
Residents overcome the trap of average income, promoting the development of science and technology based on the transformation of traditional industrial systems into industrial ecosystems and the application of science and technology. It is known that, as part of the province's planning announcement activities, on September 23, the provincial People's Committee is expected to inaugurate the North Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang power transmission line; Bach Dang 2 Bridge.
