Nguyet and her husband bought an apartment worth more than VND800mil under Nam Long Company's Ehome project located at Vinh Phu ward, Thuan An town. Their apartment includes one living room, 2 bedrooms and one kitchen. Position of the project is suitable to their job and travel between HCMC and Binh Duong.
Attraction of real estate projects adjoining the HCMC and Binh Duong is suitable not only to experts, laborers working at Binh Duong but to people seeking out an ideal living space. Nguyen Cao Nguyen in district 1, HCMC explained his decision of buying an apartment at The Seasons in Lai Thieu ward, Thuan An town, "I and my wife from the Central start a new life in the South. Many years of living in Sai Gon, we are tired of traffic jams in this populous city, so we decided to buy a house in Thuan An town to enjoy tranquil and beautiful living space".
In the first half of this year, real estate market in Binh Duong was really recovered. Every week, transaction office of the mentioned projects and other large transaction offices such as Tac Dat Tac Vang, Becamex Tokyu, Kim Oanh, U&I and more introduced projects to thousands of clients.
According to real estate transaction offices in the province, on average hundreds of land lots and apartment were transacted successfully per month. This is a foundation for many real estate experts to affirm recovery of Binh Duong real estate market.
An attractive investment channel
Many said that Binh Duong possesses a very big land fund, this will lead a stagnancy of handing over housing projects. However, establishment of Binh Duong provincial administration center plus high development of economy, methodical planning, Binh Duong opens many opportunities for people. Moreover, some investors said that they buy houses to serve for foreign experts and high incomers and more.
Picture of developing Binh Duong's socio-economy is very bright and stable. Accordingly, Binh Duong remains one among 5 provinces, cities leading the whole country in contributing highest fund sources to the State budget. Annually, the province attracts tens of thousands of laborers. This is one of reasons of development of real estate in Binh Duong.
Lastly, at the opening ceremony of First Home Premium project, Kym Kyo Chul, member of the management council of the National Housing Organization Company delivered exact assessment of real estate market adjoining HCMC and Binh Duong areas.

Thanks to the attraction, many real estate investors have presently invested more many housing, office, villa projects in areas adjoining HCMC and Binh Duong. This shows that these areas are red addresses for people to turn dream houses come true.
