The Logistics Association also suggested that the current difficulties in motor vehicle registration have greatly hindered transport enterprises and slowed down the economic development momentum of the province. Therefore, the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Transport should have guidance documents with timely replacement as well as backup to avoid bottlenecks in business operations. There should be a decentralization of authority for the locality, a list of motor vehicles that need to be registered and publicly announced so that businesses can prepare carefully to limit errors and reduce travel time.
Proposing to the provincial People's Committee, Phan Le Diem Trang, a representative of the provincial Textile and Garment Association, said that the policy of relocating businesses outside the industrial zone was followed by most of them.
